Meet Our Team

CHASE HILDEBRAND

Owner & General Contractor

Chase Hildebrand is the owner and general contractor of Rival Homes, a company he proudly established in 2020. Construction has always been in his blood—growing up, Chase learned the trade firsthand from his father and grandfather, both respected craftsmen in the industry.

While he inherited a passion for building, Chase also brings a strong professional background outside of the job site. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and began his career in banking, where he gained valuable experience in business operations, project financing, and customer service. That blend of hands-on construction knowledge and financial expertise allows him to guide clients with confidence—from the first blueprint to the final walkthrough.

Chase’s vision for Rival Homes is simple: combine traditional craftsmanship with modern efficiency, all while delivering a personal, trustworthy experience for every homeowner. Whether it’s a custom new build or a carefully planned renovation, he is dedicated to turning each client’s ideas into a home built to last for generations.

Her passion for design is rooted in creating spaces that feel as good as they look.  She loves helping clients discover their personal style and works closely with them to ensure that every decision, big or small, reflects their vision.

As a mother, Jacqueline brings a practical and family-centered perspective to her work. She knows the importance of durable finishes, smart layouts, and designs that truly fit real life. Her goal is always to create homes that inspire joy while standing up to the everyday moments of busy family living.
